Healthy Masculinities Conference 2026 is a regional forum bringing together professionals from education, youth services, sport, health, community organisations and local government to strengthen positive outcomes for boys and young men.

Grounded in evidence and focused on prevention, the conference explores practical approaches that foster healthy identity, belonging, respect and resilience, while building stronger, safer and more inclusive communities.

Join us for a keynote address from Drew Hanger (The Men’s Project, Jesuit Social Services), alongside a workshop line-up of leading practitioners:

  • Daniel Witthaus (Rural Pride)
Beyond ‘That’s So Gay!’: Engaging Resistance and Lessons in Progression for LGBTQIA+ Inclusion

  • Maree Crabbe (It’s Time We Talked)
Rewriting the Script: Pornography, Masculinity and Navigating Relationships in the Digital Age

  • Rebecca Shaw (Step Together)
Down the Rabbit Hole: Understanding Extremism and Online Radicalisation

Plus a main stage panel of cultural leaders exploring healthy masculinity from a cultural perspective.

The conference will also feature an expo of local service providers and live entertainment throughout the event.

This is a timely conversation for anyone working with boys and young men.

Registrations open at 8:30am, morning tea and lunch supplied.
Conference run time is from 9:30am to 3:30pm.
