You’ll learn how to:
· strengthen your relationship with your child
· support your child through big emotions like worry, sadness and anger
· understand how your child’s brain works and what drives their behaviour
· build your child’s resilience, confidence and wellbeing.
Whether you’re a parent, grandparent or carer, this workshop will equip you with practical, evidence-informed tools to support your child.
